Breakfast

Breakfast is included for Hilton residents. To beat the crowds, we recommend arriving early, as the breakfast area is busiest after 9AM.

Living Well Gym, Spa Pool, and Sauna

Access to the pool, sauna and gym is included in the price for all residents of the Hilton. The Living Well gym is equipped with a range of exercise machines, with 24 hour access available. If you are not a resident at the Hilton, the last published rate per session is £10.00 (subject to change).

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access is available to all Hilton residents in guest bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the convention space to all attendees at no additional cost. Hilton residents, please check the hotel welcome letter when checking in for details on how to access. Other guests, please refer to public signage in the lounge and reception areas.

Parking

The Hilton has 600 on-site parking spaces available for attendees, costing just £4 per entry/exit. Please check the welcome letter when checking in for details on how to pay or signage provided around the parking pay station. Please note, cars are parked at owners own risk.

Pet Passport

Late check out options are available, as priced below. You must inform the hotel no later than midday on Saturday 23rd May if you wish to add this to your stay.

Triple Rooms

Limited availability. Triple rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Triple rooms consist of 1 Queen size double bed, and 1 pull out sofa bed. These rooms also feature a walk in shower.

Please note although these rooms are usually advertised as Queen Executive room, they do not include access to the executive lounge.

Executive Lounge

The executive lounge is an exclusive space open only to residents who have opted to upgrade to one of the executive rooms, and other Hilton Honors guests with high enough status.

The lounge is open daily offering a range of complementary refreshments, as well as light snacks and alcohol during certain times. Drinks and food are to be consumed in the lounge only, and not removed.

As the lounge is open to other Hilton guests, fursuits and furry accessories are not permitted.
