Refund Processing Complete

Today we would like to update you all, that we have now completed processing all refund requests.

This means that if you applied for a refund through our online form, you should have had the funds returned by now. However, there are some circumstances in which the funds may not have arrived in your bank account.

If you’re missing the funds, and have already contacted us (by emailing refunds@confuzzled.org.uk), then you don’t need to do so again – we’ll investigate your case as soon as possible.

If you can’t see the funds returned to your account, and have not yet contacted us, please do so by emailing refunds@confuzzled.org.uk.

Our team will investigate any missing funds as soon as possible, however take note that -as volunteers- there can be a delay in us handling your request, and a further delay whilst we wait for the bank to complete any necessary investigations to check the problem. As a result, it is not unusual for it to take a little while to get back to you with a response. We ask for your patience whilst we investigate – we promise to do all we can to get the funds to you.

If you did not apply for a refund, but you believe one is due to you, please contact refunds@confuzzled.org.uk

Note: When you contact us by emailing the refunds team, you should receive an auto-response with a ticket number. If you do not receive one shortly after contacting us, please check your spam or junk mail folder, and be sure to whitelist the confuzzled.org.uk domain to ensure you receive any updates from us in your inbox.

The vast majority of you should have now had your refund however. This has been a difficult time for us all, and we would like to thank you for your patience during this period.
