As a crew member of this team, you’ll be involved in;

• Assisting with loading of vans at the convention stores and unloading at the venue.
• Helping with setup of the event spaces.
• Receive equipment from other departments and distribute appropriately.
• Reverse of the above at the end of the convention (‘pack up’)
• There is a mandatory requirement to be available on the ‘early arrival’ and ‘late departure’ dates.
• It is also highly desirable to be available for what is termed the ‘super early arrival’ day – two days before the convention starts.

You must have good skills in manual handling (loading/unloading), good organisational skills for equipment distribution, and have good time management skills to complete tasks in accordance with the convention schedule.  You should also have good awareness of personal safety.
