The role is as a Front Desk Crew member of the Convention Operations (ConOps) team.

You’ll need to work one 6 hours shift a day providing assistance and information to attendees at the front desk, as well as support for Staff and Crew as directed by your shift manager.

You will also be responsible for dealing with lost property and might be asked to assist with back office operations for the purpose of training or support for the shift manager.  You’ll also need to assist attendees with queries and questions, including providing information, and taking down notes of queries if they need to be passed on.

You’ll be expected to interact with attendees in a calm, friendly, and helpful manner, taking on the role of a ‘customer service’ type representative of the convention.
