We’re now pleased to announce that the refund application process has begun. You’ll receive the invite to the application form in your email, so keep an eye on your inbox. If you can’t see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you still can’t see the email, but feel you should have received an invite, please don’t ask someone else to send you the link, as the link is unique to each person to protect security & privacy. Instead, contact refunds@confuzzled.org.uk Do not share your unique link with others, as it may prevent you from filling out the application yourself.

Note that the refund form will be open until 22nd May, 11:45PM (UK Time). The refund processing will not begin until after this time. Once it begins it may take some considerable time to complete, but we will be aiming to keep you updated with progress as best we can.
